IML (Si-180-6)
IML with a 3.6 s cycle – high productivity without compromise. The Si-180-6 machine achieves cycle times from as low as 3.6 s with a part weight of 17 g. A stable process with no overheating and minimal scrap.

TOYO technology: electric control that sets new manufacturing standards

Fully electric control of all axis movements
Each machine movement is controlled by a dedicated servo drive. This concept enables precise and repeatable motion control, a high level of process control and stable machine behaviour throughout the entire production cycle, without energy losses.

Patented V-clamp
The V-shaped clamping mechanism ensures symmetrical transfer of clamping force towards the centre of the mould. This design contributes to even mould loading, long-term mould protection and stable production conditions.

SYSTEM 800 SE – intelligent control
The SYSTEM 800 SE control system with a 15-inch panel provides detailed control of the production process. Features include mould protection (HSP), Just Pack Control, automatic diagnostics and continuous correction of process parameters.

Linear guideways
Linear guideways for the moving components minimise friction and vibration during clamping unit movement. They ensure long-term machine geometry accuracy, stable production repeatability and smooth operation even at high dynamics.
