The ET-II series uses a fully electric concept with no hydraulic oil, optimised axis movement and reduced consumption of both lubricant and heater energy. Thanks to the HSP (High Sensitive Protection) system, the mould remains protected even during high-speed cycles – without compromising productivity.

TOYO ET-II fully electric vertical injection moulding machines combine servo-drive precision, high dynamics and flexible rotary table configurations. They are designed for applications where process stability, mould safety and efficient automation integration are critical.

Key benefits
Compact design with improved safety and working ergonomics
Its key features focus on four areas: clarity, functionality, operator comfort and easy maintenance.
By making full use of the space-saving advantages typical of vertical injection moulding machines, TOYO has succeeded in eliminating one of their main disadvantages – table height – by lowering it for better accessibility. The design also allows the operator’s footwear to fit under the machine, further improving space utilisation, working efficiency and overall operator comfort.
The viscosity of the plastic melt is measured and quantified using the meltcon® system. Based on the data obtained, the degree of wear is determined through a proprietary analytical process. This makes it possible not only to define the optimum timing for maintenance, but also to support production management effectively.
VR and V types use a three-point nozzle contact mechanism, where the ball screws also function as guide rods. This solution enables high-speed mould opening and closing without vibration. All ET series models are also equipped with a moving platen supported by linear guides and housed within the machine frame, further minimising vibration and ensuring fast, stable and precise injection moulding.
The three-link mechanism ensures even distribution of clamping force and enables even higher injection accuracy.
Unlike a conventional toggle clamping system with a two-link design, the improved three-link system increases stability and distributes pressure evenly across the entire mould surface, enabling higher precision in moulded part production.
The table rotates 360° in one direction, allowing flexible arrangement of workstations as required.
