TOYO Si-7 — when the part has to work first time, every time

A technical molded part is not repaired. It has to meet tolerances, function during assembly and withstand operation — under high temperatures, vibration and electrical load. TOYO Si-7 is designed for exactly that.

TOYO technology for technical parts and electrical engineering:

  • S-HIN screw — stable and homogeneous melt in every cycle. Less material degradation, lower pressure losses — with a direct impact on part quality and screw service life when processing reinforced technical polymers.
  • S-TMC system — optimised production mode for every application: thin-wall parts, long-fibre materials and high-cycle production runs. Set it once and the machine maintains the parameters.
  • SYSTEM 800 SE — continuous correction of process parameters and automatic real-time diagnostics. Stable results from the first part to the last — throughout the entire production run.
  • Linear guides — geometric precision even with high cycle dynamics. Essential for miniature connectors and molded parts with tight tolerances, where any deviation means rejects.
  • TOYO Vertical — for parts with metal inserts — direct molding onto metal components. Clamping force 40–230 tonnes.

Yes. TOYO Si-7 machines are designed for processing filled technical polymers. The S-HIN screw system ensures a homogeneous melt and minimises injection pressure fluctuations, which are critical for dimensional stability when processing glass-fibre-reinforced materials. The S-TMC system allows an optimised production mode to be set for the specific material.

TOYO Vertical injection molding machines are designed for the production of parts with metal inserts — in other words, for direct plastic molding onto metal components. They are available in a clamping force range from 40 to 230 tonnes and are suitable for producing connectors, electrical components and other parts where the metal insert is a functional part of the finished product.

Masterbatch is a concentrate added to the base plastic during processing to extend the material properties — for example, by adding antistatic behaviour, UV stabilisation or improved slip properties. In electrical component manufacturing, antistatic Masterbatch is essential for components sensitive to electrostatic discharge, without the need to switch to a more expensive specialised base material.
