Production is carried out according to drawing documentation, which we can prepare ourselves. For more demanding operations, we offer screw coating. The surface treatment increases wear resistance and reduces material adhesion to the screw surface.

For extrusion machines and extrusion lines, we manufacture screws and barrels according to the required application. We also handle geometry modifications to improve performance, achieve more stable material processing or eliminate production issues.

For the initial specification, basic dimensions, photographs or the original part are often sufficient. Hardened nozzles can usually be supplied within 4 weeks, depending on the specific design.
