Integrated CNC cabinet or floor-mounted cabinet
The MC3 X-Series is equipped as standard with a CNC control cabinet integrated directly on the robot. As a result, no floor space is required, while maximum workplace cleanliness is ensured, as there is no cabling routed across the floor. For applications requiring easier access and maintenance, a floor-mounted electrical cabinet is also available on request as an alternative to the integrated CNC cabinet.
Mechanical design of the MC3 E-Series
It features a cantilever-mounted take-out axis on the side opposite the hopper. The main advantage of this architecture is the complete elimination of collision issues between the robot and the hopper.Vertical axis – type L
Available exclusively with a type L telescopic vertical axis with double stroke.
Maximum stroke with minimal vertical dimensions makes it an ideal solution for installations with limited headroom.
Configurable wrist: up to 4 servo-driven digital axes
As standard, the robot is equipped with a pneumatic C-axis wrist, which enables flat positioning of the parts removed from the mould and allows the selection of two programmed positions: vertical / horizontal.
For more demanding handling requirements, various wrists with additional pneumatic or electric axes are available. In the most advanced configuration, the wrist is equipped with a servo-driven digital axis, giving the manipulator the highest level of control with four electric axes.
