Colour masterbatch (Color MB)
We prepare pigment concentrates according to the required shade, reference part or standard, such as RAL or Pantone.
We ensure high stability, shade repeatability and compatibility with common polymers such as PP, PE, PS, ABS, EVA and PVC. Technical support for dosing optimisation and defect troubleshooting in injection moulding or extrusion is also included.
Additive masterbatch
We supply functional additives to improve material properties: UV stabilisation, antistatic treatment, slip additives, flame retardants and other specific modifications. Choosing the right additive can improve the appearance, service life or processability of the final part.

We prepare masterbatch to order according to colour standards such as RAL, Pantone or NCS, or according to the customer’s sample — always with regard to the properties of the final product.
When designing the formulation, we assess requirements for lightfastness, weather resistance and UV stability. We offer our customers concentrate sampling tailored precisely to their needs, including free delivery of a sample (min 1t) for the first technological trial. Production and delivery are fast — usually within 1 week from order.
